Animals are generally afraid of humans and keep their distance. During the day, guests may walk designated camp paths. At night, staff escort all guests to their tents, and each tent has a radio for immediate contact.
If you see an animal: stay calm, avoid eye contact, keep 30–50 feet of distance, and move slowly to safety. Contact staff via radio immediately if needed.
Every team member completes a rigorous 10-day training programme before starting, followed by ongoing coaching. We have clear safety protocols, a code of conduct, and detailed operational procedures. Camp Managers conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Tanzanian Shillings (TZS), US Dollars and Euros.
Wi-Fi is available in the mess and lounge areas at both camps. We are continuing to expand coverage across the properties.

Yes — guests of all ages are welcome. Our Serengeti camp offers family suites (~90m²) that comfortably accommodate larger groups and families.
Both parks sit at 900–1,800 metres elevation which moderates temperatures year-round. Expect warm days of 25–30°C (77–86°F) and cool nights. The dry season (June–October) offers the best wildlife viewing.
